Billing and account information
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
Terms of payment
For domestic deliveries (Germany) the following payment options are available:
VAT will be charged at 19% if the delivery address is in Germany.
VAT will not be charged for a delivery address within the EU if the customer placing the order is VAT registered. Add and validate the VAT number on the cart page or in the customer account settings.
VAT will not be charged for a delivery address outside of the EU.
Shipping and handling
Domestic deliveries (Germany) and foreign countries: Please check the basket for detailed price information for your country.
Orders will be dispatched in 1-3 business days unless a delay in shipping message is present on the homepage, product or checkout page. You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem.
The buyer agrees that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received. Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
All orders must be inspected immediately for any discrepancies upon delivery. Any order that is missing any items, or has erroneous items must be reported within 72 hours of delivery. Products must be inspected and tested within 72 hours of delivery for any faults. Return shipping will only be covered for missing/erroneous items that are reported within the 72h timeframe.
In case of special circumstances this period can be increased after written confirmation from an M-Cinema representative. Any faults that occur after the first 72 hours are covered by our standard limited warranty.
M-Cinema products are granted a 72h inspection time after confirmed delivery and a return is possible if no signs of use or damage are present.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition it was received including the packaging.
Refund shipping costs will be supported by the buyer and are non-refundable. A trackable shipping service is mandatory since a refund without a confirmation of return will not be granted.
Warranty and liability
M-Cinema warrants the product against defects in materials and workmanship for a period one (1) year from the date of the original purchase.
Accidental drops, installation failures, water damage, misuse/abuse or modification of the product caused by the owner are not covered under this warranty. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received the product will be repaired or it will be exchanged with a functionally equivalent new product. If the product is exchanged, the replacement product becomes your property and the defective product becomes M-Cinema’s property.
M-Cinema will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or punitive damages or harm arising from the use of any of the products. The goal of M-Cinema is to meet and exceed the customer’s expectation so every device is inspected and tested before shipment. It still is the buyer’s responsibility to test every product in a safe, non-critical environment.
The warranty does not cover damage to your device or any third party products that are used in or with any M-Cinema product. The limited warranty does not, in any situation, cover the repair or replacement of property, including but not limited to, electronic devices and/or other personal property.
Modifications to the services and prices
Prices, service, availability, documents and all details for our products are subject to change without prior notice.
Changes to terms and conditions
M-Cinema reserves the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions by posting updates and changes to the website.
